I've Missed You

Hey, People are Talking   I've missed you since I knew that I will never ever see you again. Pansy and Viola are my favorite annual flowers. They have a lot variant of color, size, and pattern. I memorized them as flowers of winter. My first winter was as good as their color. As I remember in last winter, a window box of Pansy was companying me when I looked over my window and watched the pouring snow.   Also, a cup of hot chocolate and a bowl of instant noodle with Pansy aside in winter time as good as watching a Broadway Show in NYC. However, I don't think that I can grow them in Indonesia. I think they love cool weather, just like me :)   Pansy and Viola are both look similar. At first I couldn't see the difference. Until one day I realized that Pansies petals are always bigger than Viola. There's another way to consider the difference. Pansies grow from one primary stem, branching out above the soil. A Moment before Kayaking, Photo by Jaci Last week, 11-16 July 2014 I went to Columbus, Ohio  to joining Cultivate'14. Cultivate'14 is recognized as the premier educational, networking experience, and trade show event for horticulture professionals in North America. This event attracting thousands of attendees to Columbus, Ohio in every July. This event was known as the OFA Short Course for more than 85 years and for this year AmericanHort changed its name to Cultivate'14. The trade show exhibits including technology, new plant varieties, new products and services for nursery and landscaping. I joined this event with a big group from TOP (The Ohio Program) with 63 students/interns from different country such as Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, China, Germany, Belgium, Netherland, Russia, Ukraine and many more.
